need some help with suspension specs!!

I'm changing seals and have lost manual for my 07 yz450. Does anybody know how much fork oil goes into the inner cartridge and what the torque specs are for the lower bolt and lock nuts. Thanks a lot!!:)

The manual lists it at 6.59 oz. The lower bolt, I assume you are talking about the one with the rebound adjuster in it is 21 ft/lb to the locknut and 40 ft/lb when you tighten the assemble to the lower tube.

The inner cartridge must be bled totally free of air, so the prescribed amount is added and teh excess forced out by a particular procedure. It's important.

The oil level in the outer chamber is also very important to the feel of the fork when it's done. Read up, and get it right.
