DSP Carbon Fiber

One year ago I purchased a DSP carbon fiber air box for $450. I recently noticed a hole forming on one corner of the air box. I called DSP for information on any warranty or knowledge of product flaw. The DSP representative I spoke with had little knowledge of the products, was rude and condescending. They refused to even try and repair the damage. I was told that the integrity of the material is compromised when making a bend or corner and they were not responsible??? If you are looking for quality products and good customer care, think twice before choosing DSP.
