WR450 going rainbow

I'm one week away from slapping a street plate on my WR. You know the deal. Ride the street to the trail and go. No more staging for me. I am looking for the most aggressive DOT, street legal tire that still kicks a$$ in the dirt. Anyone have some good tips? Thanks.

Don't think they are too anal down your way. At least not from what I have seen running the streets in AZ. Just run a good tire. Been running a Maxis IT, about 70 dirt 30 street, and it will easily last twice as long as my Dunlop.

I'm running Kenda 777/778 on my WR, DOT approved and they're a pretty good tire, 90% dirt 10% pavement and a little over $100 for both.

Kenda Trackmaster II K760 , and they're cheap!

Great for the rear but do not run one on the front.

the 777/778 have less knobs, but they are an intermediate-soft terrain tire, work well in sand and loose dirt.
