Mods for My YZ426f

I was wondering what would be the best mods for my YZ426. I just bought it about a week ago and Im looking to add a few goodies to it. It already has some (Quick Shot (AP), Tag bars, IMS oversized gas tank,ASV levers, Hot Cam with auto decompressor plus a few more. So what else can I add to the bike to give it a little more performance? Well for around 200-300 bucks.

Suspension revalve.

Completely agree, suspension sounds like it will fit right in with the other mods and you'll love it.

How much is it to revalve the suspension?

It depends if it needs resprung or not. Check this site out, http://www.smartsuspension.com

Thanks Ill have to check my local dealer to see about that suspension revalve. Also which pipe and header is the best for the bike. Im looking at a DRD complete system on ebay for about 449.99. Are these good pipes, Im a 4t newbie ive always had 2t and used FMF or pro circuit.

There is no best, But DRD is a very good one.

Consider using the search engine in the forum. "DRD exhaust" returned 134 results.

Thanks I will more and likely get the DRD exhaust. It looks pretty sweet and I dont know of any body who has that exhaust on their bike.

Ok I just ordered my DRD exhaust and im looking in to the suspension revalved. What else can I do now. My buddy has a 07 ktm 450 and hes diong a few mod to his bike so I have to stay a step ahead of him, because the old 426 ran circles around him last season. He determined not to let that happen this season

Have you ever heard of a product called a Rekluse Auto-clutch?....

Not really this is my first 4t. What dose it do?

i say big bore it to a 444cc =) that should help give it sum kick

Check their site out: http://www.rekluse.com Also, do some searching on this forum about them.... probably 2 weeks worth of reading info and reviews on them.

Yep. The 444 kit does wake up the 426 nicely.

Ill check into the big bore, but that kinda scares me though I really dont like punching the cylinder. My buddy has a crf450 and he had to buy a hole new head for his big bore kit. I know that was a little spendy, After all the parts Ive ordered already that might have to wait till next year. Im sure Ill spank my buddies KTM hands down. And if not its tax season. tis the season to spend my refund check on my bike....lol

u wont hafta worry bout punchin hte stock clyinder...the kits normally come with a new one...but can cost up to 600 i believe...but thats like max

and member this aint no crf =) did he say y he had to replace it? i would be willin to bet that sumthing wasalready wrong and it was best to just replace it since it was torn down anyway?
