WR426 Stumbling off idle

1 post in this topic

I have an 02 WR426 that I'm setting up for a guy. This is where we are now: Throttle stop gone, "Q" exhaust , stock cam timing, air box lid gone. 155 main, 40 pilot, one size leaner on the needle, clip in the third position. Bike seems to run well other than a richness, blubbering when the throttle is cracked slightly, just off idle. Bike goes through a fair amount of plugs too. Will the BK mod/accelerator pump adjustment straighten this out? I have scrounged around on this site but havn't found the details on the procedure. Any help would be appreciated. This bike is ridden in the 5,000-12,000ft range.
