brake fluid problem

I'm was remove all front brake fluid.

Then I adjust the bleed screw , fill with new brake fluid and then I follow step by step manual in section: brake system air bleedig about 20 times, but the brake lever never go hard.

What can I do now?

There is air in the system somewhere. You could try pushing clean fluid up from the caliper using a medical syringe and a hose. Do a search on brake bleeding and you will find lots of information. Next time just remove the fluid in the reservoir then bleed the rest out chasing it with clean fluid until the caliper bleeds clean.
