Head porting

What is the gain in porting the head of a 03' wr450 with hotcams, fmf, and jd jetting?

I'm trying to squeeze out some extra hps..

Is it possible to do this myself with decent results? Does anyone have a walkthrough with pictures?

Not possible to do it yourself unless you are extremely lucky.

To do it right requires experience and a flow bench.
