IMO, shipping is high everywhere. CR shipping is not any more than OEMTT or anybody else. I always get my parts on time, which means sometimes I have to pay for over night shipping, but they haven't let me down yet.

I have been using https://www.zanottimotor.com/shopping/pLookUp.php for all my OEM parts, but I checked crotchrocket and you're right, they are hard to beat. I just bought a new battery for my WR, though, and Zanotti was cheaper this time, so it does pay to shop around. Now I can afford an extra Rotella oil change with the difference.

You can try Crotchrocket, and it might work out for you, but my experience with them was not that good. The longest TT OEM has ever taken without notifying me of a problem in getting one of the parts I asked for was 7 business days. Most of that is a result of shipping, and you'll get that from any online outlet. If speed is the big concern, you'll need to pony up for expedited shipping, or get the stuff from a local dealer (they can generally get anything that Yamaha has in the US in two days).

When you check out at TT OEM , the shipping is calculated and shown. It has never been more than that figure, but on orders of smaller parts, it has often been less. They will convert such orders to USPS Priority and both lower the cost as well as reduce the delivery time, and the lower amount is what shows on your charge card.

My experience with Crotchrocket went like this:
