Flow numbers on 600/650L heads? Chamber reshaping?

Does anyone have the cylinder head flow numbers from 600/650L heads? Both dual carb and single would be good.

Also, has anyone considered welding and reshaping the combustion chamber to actually create some quench? I hear people talk about the quench on these engines and let me tell you, I don't see a quench area. My reasoning behind this is to make it more ping resistant while raising the compression and maybe even making the chamber more efficient.
