Thats an Addaslowpoke to me device form a Honda XRL. Good thing it fell off cause theyt have been known to slow many an XRL to a pace many consider lathargic. About like sticking a potato in the exhaust can and only poking a small hole in the potato for the exhaust to escape.

That's the armatural sprocket, which in turn, causes the combustion chamber to interfere with the flow in the dynaflow.:prof: (Anyone recognize that quote?)
