Vibration Damping

I put a post a few weeks ago about how to dampen the vibrations from my handlebars..I have some French make of pro-taper and although they are light and the right sweep for me, they are STIFF like hell.

Anyway....drawing a blank on anything I thought might work I did my own mod....I sandwiched a 3mm thick pad of stiff rubber in between my triple clamps and perches.

They have made an unbelievable difference to the comfort and have made 0 difference I can tell to the precision/handling of the steering.
