Last time I asked (about 5 months ago) I was told by a Honda Rep that there were less than 200 new unregistered XR650Rs available.

You have found the wrong thread for this question...

The answer is 10-12 for low end. 16-20 for top end.

Quick Ebay search: Larsons in Minnesota has them for $4599 starting bid and Honda of Chanute in Chanute Kansas has them $4899 Buy It Now. I don't think either one charges any extra fees except tax. I shopped at both before I purchased my left over 250X locally. Chanute was a little more friendly.
