Changing tubes in the trails ?

I carry 2 12" irons on my L. I took the cheap plastic chain guard off and used two adel clamps to attach them to the two guard mounts. I leave them on there al the time and you forget they are there until you need them

First off…don’t let a shop do your tire changes.

Never now when you’re gonna be too far from home (our 650’s have a tendency to take us far far away.)

Yes! Install a rim lock – never figured out why these bikes don’t come with one!

Carry 2 -12” irons. Pro-motion are THE best (Hands down).

At the very least carry a 21” tube, they work for the rear too

Carry a spare wheel band. Tape works too, but I don’t like it.

Soap! It’s important.

Patches, Valve stem tool - Learn how to use em.

Don’t tighten the valve stem nut against the wheel – tighten it against the cap instead (Let the tube “float”).
