Tire Size

Recommended Posts

I need new tires for my 2002 426 because mine are starting to get rounded off pretty bad. While ridding yesterday a freind offered me two new tires for 20$. He bought them for his wr, but he blew the motor in it and cant aford to fix it so now he does not need the tires.I think he said the rear was an 18 inch tire but it might be a 19. My question is if is is an 18 inch can it be mounted on my 19 inch rear wheel?

Here's the backup:

Can you put a 3" peg in a 2" hole? No.:banghead:

Can you fill a 5 gallon bucket with 1 gallon of water? No.:foul:

Can you reach 10 feet with a 2.6743 foot pole? No.?

Can you fit 2 quarts of oil in 1 pint bottle? No.:applause:

Can you run a quarter mile drag on a 1/8th mile course? No.?

Can you fit an 18" tire on a 19" rim? No.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but there is no backup needed. An 18" tire will not fit on a 19" wheel unless you cut the center of the tire out.
