Breaking in a new motor?

I just got done rebuilding my YZ400 (now 426) motor, and I'm wondering how I should go about breaking it in, and if there's anything special I should do for the first running. I've done a couple fresh race car motors, but never a bike. I left the head on this one alone, but the cylinder, piston, rings, crank, and rod are all new.
