'02 wr250 muffler on a '00 wr400 ???

I have a very unused muffler and vortip off my 2002 wr250 that I was hoping to use on my new (new to me) 2000 wr400.

I figure its two years newer and the stainless finish would look alot nicer than the black stocker.

I can easliy check to see if it fits - I was just wondering if it does fit - would there be any downsides to the switch?

The Vortip should fit on the 400. Just swap the Vortip and not the pipe.

Are you saying that the muffler wont work on the 400?
