Sierra Clubbers Still Squirming. LOVE IT!!

Subject: Sierra Club condemns Feinstein

Well, this little tidbit from the Utah Shared Access Alliance is interesting:

Sierra Clubbers Still Squirming. You're going to love this!

The Sierra Club has passed a resolution condemning two of their darlings, U.S. Sens. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., for their "unconscionable" attempt to forge a compromise on the forest thinning issue.

In the September 30 edition of the Oregonian, the editors reveal in astonishing clarity how much the Sierra Clubers are squirming over the issue of forest management. As you know, soon after Chainsaw Tom Daschle showed us the way, legislation has been proposed to try and streamline the unmanageable environmental review process that makes management of National Forests all but impossible. When Wyden and Fienstien attempted to talk compromise on the issue, the Sierra Club went BONKERS. The Oregonian pointed out: The club is just swinging wildly, trying to chase the only members of Congress who have dared step out of line firmly back to their side. By depicting Wyden and Feinstein as modern-day James Watts, the club is trying to intimidate other elected officials who might be tempted to support a modest, sensible approach to reducing the risk of fire on Western lands.

Don't you love when the Devil comes to collect his souls??? Isn't it fun to watch them squirm!!!

My mother always said, "as ye sow, so shall ye reap". She also said, "what goes around, comes around". Smarter than the average bear, my mom.

It's comforting to know that sooner or later, there's poetic justice lurking just around the corner. About time the Sierra Club got theirs.
