What size hose is breather tube?

Hi does anyone know what the diameter of the crank breather tube is on an 01 426? Im Looking to do the filter mod, and found a uni crank filter for a

3/8" breather hose. Could this possibly fit on the stock tube? I was going to use one from autozone like I had seen in a post here, but the filter was huge and it looks like it could get in the way. Thanks

3/8 will never work. I'd say 1/2" without measuring (which you could do).
