In PERFECT shape tops $3000... no one who actually rides will get that. Ballpark for a well used one is $2000-2500. Good luck, I say ride it or go supermoto...!

parting out is a lot of time and waiting for people to buy your stuff. yes it can make you more money if your willing to wait a while to get it. try selling the bike whole on ebay and see what #s u come up with. me i think youll prob get 2000 to 2200 for it, just beacause it is a older bike but hey there is always somebody out there looking for it to start out on.. good luck

o yay 2000 post :busted:

top dollar is 2K in Seattle area and a real hard sell at that. Anyone who knows anything will just buy a 450 as steel frame 450's have dropped dramatically around here. Good luck though.

If you where in Poland you'll sell the bike for 3000 without a problem.

New 08 yz 450 costs here $12000

Is that Polish money or is that in U.S. currency?

Us currency unfortunetly.

It is like that : we earn less and have to pay more ;-) simple;-)

HOLY CRAP! I couldn't afford that price if my life depended on it.

I bet it would actually be cheaper to buy it here, take it apart and mail it to you piece by piece.

I've tryed, I've parted new bike (07 YZ 125 ) in US and sent it in 3 packs to Poland  And....I recieved it and had to pay 2000 UDS customs ;-)

But it is ok to buy used and new parts from US , it is cheaper.

For example here in Poland new piston from Vertex costs 200 USD.
