What did you do to your DRZ400 today?

I was having issues with my new (size 12) MX boots with the heel catching the bottom of the subframe. I made good use of the mounting tab for the kickstand killswitch. ?

Funny thing is it works surprisingly better than you'd think.. I have a 15 minute ride to the beach, and the exhaust doesn't even start to melt the wax.. Doesn't make much difference in crosswinds either surprisingly. The picture doesn't really show the gap between the board and the bike, which is big enough to use my right leg without any dramas.

And needless to say, I save the wheelies for when I don't have the board ?

OK... I have a vapor instrument cluster. Trying to wire up the vapor's dash withe the four indicator lights. Inside the plug that feeds the stock idiot lights... who knows what pin does what?

Yeah... never did figure out what I needed. I did read that thread a few times. Thank you though.

Changed the oil and filter, cleaned out around the front sprocket, then cleaned and waxed the chain. Now its ready to go get dirty again.

Ended up just putting the turn signal indicators in the same circuits as the turn signals themselves.

My hi beam and neutral indicator lights work as desired now.

Not the bebest fix... but it's working til I can figure out a better way to do it.

Changed the angle of the mount so it'ss easier to see.

Installed hand guards, DRC edge2, motard pegs and passenger peg eliminator. Looks heaps cleaner, I can't believe it took me this long to get around to it.

Did the "Free Power" mod. Now have 14.35v at idle up from 13.65v.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a plug in heat suit that I ride at work with and was afraid it would be to much. The suit has boot warmers, gloves and a jacket that all plug together and go to one plug.

Took it for a good ride today in the 64* weather. Then cleaned it really good and got it ready for a long Mtn ride with some friends tomorrow.

64 degrees? Shoot --- I rode an hour at 41 degrees (not factoring in wind chill) and then an hour back at 48.
