EPJ needle, any good?

2 posts in this topic

Is the EPJ needle any good? how does it differ from the other popular needles you are using? I have a 01 WR426 yz timed, wb e series, and the only available needle from the dealer was an epj, is it worth getting one?

The needle code order is EJP.

That's a stock YZ426 needle. Yamaha chooses it over all the possible combinations for YZ timing and YZ exhaust. (Need we say more)

It is well worth trying, suggest you start in clip position #3 with otherwise stock WR jetting.
