Setting up fork on YZ400

I'm trying to get my bike's suspension set up for me after getting it from a much heavier rider with different riding habits. I'm primarily using it on the street as it's been converted to a supermoto. I've gotten the rear where it feels pretty good, but the fork feels really stiff and doesn't wanna move much. I know the PO changed out the oil with a heavier weight, but I dont know what he put in, or what is stock. He also went with a slightly heavier set of springs, so I'm lookin for some stockers. Anyone have any tips for setup, or at least info on what the oil weight and stock settings are?

What is your weight with gear on? List that and you'll get better answers.

Sorry, I guess I should have put that. I'm only about 150 with gear.
