Where to ride within 2-3 hours of San Diego

I'm getting back on the the blue beast after 30 months out due to back surgery. I've only been in the San Diego area for about 10 months and really don't know where to go. I've heard of:

Ocotillo Wells

Corral Canyon

Lark Canyon

Plaster City

Superstition

Glamis

Anza-Borrego State Park

Los Coyotes

Are there others that may not be OHV parks but legal to ride? Which are good for taking it easy? I need to easy back into riding. I look forward to your replies.
