What is a BK mod and what is the purpose and location of the "grey wire"?

BK Mod : changes squirt duration and timing of accelerator pump jet - basically jet timing is often too quick and lasts waaaaaaay too long.

Grey Wire : overides natural tendanvy of engine to rev quickly...soemthing to do with passing EPA tests. Just snip it.
