Old bloke wants to get fit(ter) - quickly!

They let you run knobbies on the TT track ? You have to have dirt track tires in Mich.... they don't want their smooth flat hard clay gettin ripped up.

Theres only one way to get bike fit, and that is to ride your bike! As much as possible.

Hey Guys, i have resisted getting involved as I am bit of a lazy bugga, but try to keep in shape. What has worked for me, when I once was a dashing young man... :)

1. Skipping rope. 5 mins = 30 min run

2. Push ups and sit ups

3. Hand squeezer devices. 200 pumps a day in each hand.

4. Plenty of Hydration.
