How do you post a picture?

Somebody clue me in on how to put a picture in a post. I've tried to cut and paste from a JPEG in Netscape with no luck.

HELP ?

YES!!! I did it!!!

Chris, Read the instructions. join one of the photo storage web sites, post some photos there and then copy those urls to the messege as per the instructions. With time you'll get it
