Question: To use the OEM mounts from Yamaha or order after market mounts? if so , which ones?

BSR makes some, for 7/8" bars but I don't know the single bolt size and length for the 2005 TTR-250 set up.

The Pro-Taper mounts that were just delivered are for the oversized 1-1/8" bars and wont work. pro-Taper makes a "shim set" but that sounds like a "fix" for mouunts that were not designed for 7/8" bars.

I really want to get new mounts, Any suggestions?

my new push button starter got in today, my old one had corroded wires and the copper prong inside was corroded. No fun riding without the electric start...I know I am spoiled, but once you have it you can't live without it(in my opinion). Just a few more days of work and the weekend is here...BRAAAP!!!

i finally let my dad ride it... he wanted to go to the desert with me on one of my trips and ride it but he has had 8 major back surgeries and has the bottom 6 vertabra screwed together, so it was the street in front of the house for him! its the first dirt bike he's ridden since the early 80's and he loved it.

I put a set of Rally 2 handguards on mine. They look nice. $85 and missing a bolt. I found a 5x18mm carb screw at me friends shop to replace it with. I had a pipe in mind too but my wife has decided she needs something to ride since I sold her 4-wheeler.

      PRICE DROP
For sale is my 2015 Beta 350RR. 2734 miles and 120 hours. Just had some top end work done by Sierra BMW and BETA. Fresh air filter and oil. This is an awesome dual sport bike. Or you can strip the lights and turn signals and have a single track weapon, your choice. This bike will do it all. Unfortunately, I've been riding my 2 stroke lately and don't have room or the time to maintain 2 bikes. My loss is your gain! Front tire only has a few rides on it, the rear needs to be changed. Beta's are super reliable and amazing machines that rival KTM and Husky!

-Forks revalved by LT-Racing for 210# rider w/gear
-Mylers oversized radiators and bulletproof radiator guards
-Folding ARC clutch and brake levers (I have the stock levers as well)
-3.1 gallon tank. (I also have the stock tank)
-Seat concepts dual sport seat (also includes the stock seat with guts foam and motoseat seat cover)
-FMF powercore 4 with silent core/spark arrestor. I've got the stock spark arrestor as well. Racing compliant!
-Boano racing billet brake pedal with brake tip
      -FJ Fasst co. brake clevis
      -Billet chain blocks
-upgraded steel oil pump gears- the plastic stock ones are prone to failure
      -Force accessories case saver
-TMD skid plate (not pictured but will be on the bike)

      Extras:
      Acerbis X-factor handguards
      a few spare plastics pieces
key switch with plug and play wiring
      extra tubes and rimlocks
Printed and bound owners manual and service manual
      10mm billet bar risers

It's a dirt bike so it has some cosmetic damage. Some chipped plastic and scratches on the swingarm.

Can send more pictures/info upon request

I have a 1987 yamaha tt 225 that needs a new carburetor.  I've looked EVERYWHERE online and can't find an original.  Does anyone know a good replacement one I can put on it?

Very hard to tell this one from new.  (Other than a little bit of dirt and a few minor scratches)
VERY low hrs and easy riding  - of course it runs great
Has both Electric Start and kick start backup (also has Pig tails for battery tender installed)
BBR Alum. Frame cradle with skid plate (Over $150 and protects the bike – Top of the line)
Fisher Fab House Chain guide (Factory one is known to be an issue so I replaced it with a top of the line guide – runs about $50)
      Have title in hand
Selling for ONLY $2000 WITH the extras!!!! (yes, the price is firm and we only accept cash - no shippers or scammers...)

Only reason I am selling is I want to look into buying a trials bike and don’t really need two dirtbikes.

Amazing bike but due to family obligations it sits in my garage most of the time. The bike has maybe 5 hours on it and runs like new. It comes with a GYTR FMF silencer with spark arrestor. There are some scratches on the plastic and and pipe from trail riding but that's what it is made for and its only cosmetic. The bike has been maintained and garage kept. If you have any questions please text me at (415)three 4 two- 4 five 8 six.

So I just did a rebuild on my 98 Yz80, and it wont start. At first, we put the gaskets on wrong, so coolant was leaking everywhere. After we fixed that, and put everything back into place again, piston went up and down smoothly, and it has great compression. The problem is, it does not want to start. Im not really sure what to do, because before, my compression was very low, so I did a rebuild, but now it still does not start. So I need help.
