coolant leak (weep hole)

5 posts in this topic

I rebuilt my water pump in my 98' wr400fk. Oil seals, bearings, o-ring, and impeller shaft. Put the bike back together drove around for a minute and still leaking. Any ideas as to what I might have done wrong, or what I should look for?

Yep, been there. The water seal is in backwards, be easy on getting it out you be able to re-use it. Leak will go away when you flip the seal.
