"Wet ignition?"

Ok I tried to research this and a few guys said that WR's have a wet ignition and that there should be some oil behind the ignition cover. I didn't see enough responses to convince myself. Does anyone know for sure if there is supposed to be oil behind the ignition cover? If so, how much? I have an 02 WR 426 Thanks in advance

Believe it. The magneto runs in oil. There is no crank seal.
