What plug to use a CR8E or C8E, Please help

I went to my dealer the other day and said I wanted a plug for my wr and he gave me a C8E but as I looked in my manual it said the standard is CR8E. Whats the difference and can I use the C8E.

The R stands for resistor. Some electronic ignition systems require the resistor type. I would play it safe and stick w/ the R.

Kevins right.. the 'R' stands for resistor.

To my knowledge the only diff is that a non 'R' plug may cause some radio and TV interference.

If you don't ride with a TV than you should/will have no probs..

Also.. non 'R' plugs are about 1/3 of the price of 'R's
