More Forests being closed

Alternative 'D' is the latest compromise in the re-planning for the White River National forest. Colorado is the first state that is really giving the greenies a run for it. The way the plan was originally drafted (in Washington!) Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge and other ski resorts were going to be seriously contracted, zero dirt bikes, and minimal mountain bikes. At least our efforts have gotten to an Alternative ‘D.’
