Cush drive hub on WR 450

Hey Guys,

Have any of you used the cush drive hub by RAD mfg (rear) on your wr's? I've dual sported mine and I'm wondering if this helps to preserve the tranny? Been hearing about some people blowing 3rd gear.

I thought about getting those, but I think it's more for a dual sport bike riding on hard pavement. The 3rd gear issue sounds more like a CRF-X problem than a WR problem. I haven't ran across any threads regarding chronic tranny problems. The CRF 450 x are plagued with 3rd gears seizing on to the shafts mostly on dual-sported bikes.
