48 pilot in..replace other jets?

Hey guys I have an 06 WR450 and I've done every mod I can think of. I recently installed the 48 pilot jet and needle (clip in #4 position) that comes with the AIS kit. The bike flat out rips but I was wondering if it would be worth it to replace the other jets? How about a fuel mixture screw? Thanks in advance.

I just replaced my 03 Canadian model stock #48 pilot with a #50 and installed an adjustable fuel screw which is set at 1 3/4 turns out. Maybe thats all I'll do. The throttle response is much better and the bike starts easier (here at 1500ft. elevation). No more backfire on decel. I'm going to take it up to the mountains (6-8k ft.) this weekend. Afterwards I'll post my jetting info on this forum's jetting database. You should read thru the database if you haven't already. Lots of good info there.

I've been looking over Indy's chart. I'm at 100ft. where I live but where I ride its around 800ft. By reading other posts it sounds like the difference is worth it at least to improve response. I just can't wait to go riding now that the mods are done I can't get it out of my system my backyard has seen better days
