15 t frotn sprocket case cover

I bought a 15 t frotn sprocket for the 2000 xr650r.

Itf its perfectly no new chain or such needed.

However now the stock case cover wont fit over it. It rubs against the chain.

I'd rather not ride with out the case cover( no dirt jsut road riding)

Anyone know a good case cover that wil protct but wil also fit a 15 t frotn sprocket.?

Could it be that you have the sprocket on backwards. I run a 15 and have no probs. The releaved side of the sprocket goes out I think.

Same here. O6 XRR, 15 tooth, close but no interference.

Anyone know where to get a 16 tooth case saver?

Does the stock Counter sprocket cover work with the 15T?
