07 WR AIS removal Kit throttle Scew

2 posts in this topic

I just removed the throttle stop screw and it was cut off right after the threads ... The one in the kit is about~1/3 " longer (with no threads on the end)... Does any one know if the screw with the Kit is the correct size? Could it be the shop cut it off too short??

The older WR models have a stock length of 30mm and the YZ is 23mm. If your stop is shorter than 23mm it is either there is something different about the '07 model or some jacka$$ at the dealership cut it too short. My vote is for the Jacka$$.
