Is there a silent insert that I can use on my 2005 yz muffler that cam make it a bit quieter and not lose any power? it's a tad bit loud at times and would like it to be a little quieter, not interested in buying an aftermarket one as they are Krazy in price...... (BTW it's on an 06 WR)

No, there is no quiet insert that doesn't take away power. I've tried an FMF quiet core and the dB Dawg, both make the exhaust quieter, but my bike ran horrible.

If you want to spend the money, the FMF Q2 provides an increase in mid range and top end plus its extremely quiet. We have one on my wifes 250F. The only negatives are: the cost, and its a mile long and gets scraped up really easy.

why wouldnt you get a DB Dawg Mountain Max? They only cost 30 dollars
