2004 650 l rims on a 2001 650 r will it work

i need new hub and rim for my 650 r and then im selling it

will a set of 2004 650 l rims work on my 2001 650 r

any input helps

I'm pretty sure that the disk brake on the front is different the xr 650l runs a hole pattern that is bike specific,as for the back I'm not sure

Nope, won't work.? Do a search... XRR wheels are not the same as XRL.
