05 Yamaha YZ450F Chain rattling alot

anyone have there chain rattle alot. it seems to be adjusted correctly. when i accelerate there is no chain noise.

If you're seeing contact on the inside surface of the frame near the front sprocket, and the side of the mud flap is getting chewed, check your rear wheel alignment. The marks on the axle blocks are not totally reliable, and some people miss the fact the the left and right blocks are different. You have to count the marks from the back edge forward.

Double check it by running a straight edge forward from the rear sprocket along the chain, by measuring from the swing arm pivot back to the axle, or by sighting the chain run from the back to the front.
