Dented header fix

will this work on a 2 stroke pipe as well?

Be careful with a two stroke pipe, the larger volume means a lot more expansion of the water as it freezes, which easily results in a split pipe. I have done this trick on many four stroke pipes, but I wouldn't recommend it on a two stroke pipe.

What would you recommend for a 2 stroke pipe then?

I've had good luck with pressurizing them and heating the dented areas with a torch. This can be dangerous if certain precautions are not taken, but you run a lower chance of damaging your pipe.
