Jd Jetting Kit vs Yamaha AIS jetting kit

Any feeling on which setup is better?

JD calls for:

45 pilot (45 stock)

170 main (162 stock)

?? leak jet (60 stock)

1.75 turns on fuel screw

AIS removal and mods jetting from yamaha:

50 pilot

175 main

45 leak jet

3 turns on fuel screw

A difference of opinion

Anyone running the Yamaha jetting and have an opinion.

How about anyone running the JD kit?

Is this for the 07? Also, for what altitudes are the JD recommendations and which needle does he recommend? Thanks.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHICH JET, BY #, IS IN THE YAMAHA KIT? /WHY YAMAHA WON'T LIST THE # IS CRAZY. THEY LIST EVERYTHING ELSE.:bonk::naughty:

************* Jet needle

4MX-14948-07-00 Pilot jet #50

4MX-14943-42-00 Main jet #175

************* Main Air jet #110

************* Leak Jet

This is how they list the main parts of the kit

I think that 175 on the main is way to rich.

The 175 comes in our spares kit, but it was a tad rich, I am on 170 now and that seems to work.
