What type of fork cap wrench works best for servicing a 05 yz 450? This kind http://offroad.parts-unlimited.com/34/298/2725302?q=fork%20cap%20wrenchOr a box type cap wrench for an extra $20?

Yamaha dealer wants $180 for the front fork service (new oil and seals). Seems like alot of cash for the service? Was told it is a set rate for that service? Never did this service on my bike yet but it doesn't seem like it's too difficult? Do I need any other tools in addition to the cap wrench and seal driver (pvc)?
