Crankcase recovery system????

Has this been done or talked about? Is there a way to recapture the oil that the Crankcase vent spills out verses just installing a filter into the airbox? Kinda like a recovery system that fed back into the oil tank through an in-line oil filter to catch the debris that may have come out the motor. Just curious, or will this actually create too much crankcase pressure?

There shouldn't be that much oil coming out of the breather. It usually means either too much oil or worn rings. Too much blow by carries some oil out the breather. Extended wide open operation at high rpm will also cause a bit of oil to be blown out even if the engine is otherwise good.
