Setting the Rear Suspention

Please Can anyone help... Ive just got a WR400 2001, its jacked up to bits and as im only 5,7' tall as you can guess i can't touch the floor.

On my last bike i dropped it 10mm on the front forks and had some foam out of the seat what made it better. as for doing the rear shock can anyone tell me how to do it regarding the Lag or something, im about 13 stone 10 pounds.Or

(189 Pounds) Or (85Kgs). If any one has any tricks please don't be shy in telling me....
