Weep Hole and Oil

I Finally pushed my buddy over the edge,and he bought a 02 WR426....He's in love!..Our question is. there is a slight amount of oil coming out of the weep hole on right side of cylender..

What Gives???

The round seal in the valve cover that seals the spark plug tube is leaking oil into the tube. That hole is there to drain the tube in case water or oil gets in there.
