Ciao Bwb63, sorry but I have bought an exhaust system which the pictures I will post later.

But the 3 pounds that I can loose are very intresting.

I weighed the stock exhaust and the an XR's Only Header with a White Brothers R4, both on a postage scale. There is right at 3 pounds difference. The T4 header might be lighter but, I think the R4 muffler is close to the lightest outthere.

All the street legal stuff is the same as the Aussie version wich comes in at 136kg(299lb)ADB mag scales and i have taken at least 8KG(17lb 8 ounces) at last weigh in at 127.5kg(280.5lbs).

280.5 lbs..............is a weight like mine, I can do it through a long and expensive way, like I am showing to you.

How did you do?

Alloy side stand? This is very interesting, but usually, when I am starting my engine, I stand up on foot pegs than I will have afraid about confidence, but a titanium side stand........

In any case I will cut it about 1 inch because my bike is SM version and it is little shorter than off road version and than it will be some grams more lighter...........

All the rego gear came off ,sprockets,subframe extension,muffler,overflow bottle,side stand,heat guard on the header,used lighter bolts and nuts,stuff like that.
