$5200ish isn't usual. Just picked one up in Salt Lake City for that price.

Only if he bought it over the phone. You pay the sales tax on every walk-in purchase in this fine state, no matter where you're from.

Actually that's not quite true. You can have the bike 'delivered' to you out of state. Most dealers know this and are more than willing to accommodate.
