float level too high?

When I lean my bike over less than 2 feet with the gas on, bike not running, gas pours out of the overflow tube. Just wondering if this is a sign of the float level being too high ? . I hate to pull the carb off for nothing since the bike is jetted perfect. Thanks for any info.

I hate to say it but, if it were me I'd check the float height.
