06 YZ450 footpegs

Even though they are titanium they are crappy. i got tboned on saturday and realized that my peg was cracked and one of the teeth was bent in. i got it welded but the bent tooth snapped right off. if you bend one of your pegs don't try bending it back. also anyone running aftermarket pegs? what do you got?

i have the ims steel pegs on my 06, they are huge. it's like standing on a 2x4.

So..... you highly recommend them???

Or does it make shifting, braking awkward???

Just bought some fastway pegs. There huge and super grippy to the feet. There great because you can take them from bike to bike by just buying a new collar. My one gripe is that the low boy position doesn't work on the new 06's, you either have to buy a kit that I heard was $10 or countersink them yourselves. But they fit like a dream in the stock spot. I highly recommend them.

I prefer the lightspeed SS pegs $99 bucks- they are much wider and really help you ride with much more control

I have fastway pegs mounted in lowboy position, no sweat. The f3 fastway's have the allen head removable teeth that wear out fast. The f4's pressed in teeth last a lot longer and are easy to sharpen (just place flat file, flat against the top to sharpen). I just received my replacement press in teeth, should be a little tricky pulling the old ones out.

go with the fastways!I still have my set off my old bike and am patiently waiting for my 2007 to arrive so i can put them on it.They feel good and you wont have any problems shifting or breaking at all.
