Nice and welcome to the Yamaha world.

What are your thoughts on YZ vs. CRF?

Good looking truck - agreed!

Cheers

Thanks guys. I didn't realize my truck would get so many compliments.

Comparing the 06 Yami to my 05 CRF is tough. They are such different bikes. Where the Honda hits like Mike Tyson, the Yamaha comes on smooth like Barry White. Where the Honda likes to wash the front end like a Chinese dry cleaner, the Yamaha keeps it stuck like a porn star's ass crack!

Anyway, I like the new bike.

I could use a little more bottom end, but don't want to ruin the way the bike puts the power down. It's so tractable right now, I don't want to screw that up.

I would give Doug Dubach a call at Dr. D, he has what you want in an exhaust pipe.

And BTW, congrats on the new bike purchase!

You traitor. OK I will admit I have considered coming back to blue. Let me know if they have fixed the loose feeling on the forks. The last Yamaha I had the bars felt like the were coming of in high speed chop. If they fix that I may go back.

Sorry. Paraphrase it.
