Hey I was wondering what kind of pipe I should use on my 06 WR 450F. I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions?

With you in Cali, you guys have to be quiet.

Your choices would be Procircuit 496, FMF Q2, Whitebro's E2.

All are good pipes, but gains are minimal over stock.

The Procircuit 496 provides the biggest gain in power while being noise legal.

I know cali wont really let us do anything. This group is trying to close down one of the closest riding places to me, all because of a little bird.

But thanx for the advice I will look into the Pro Circut. Is this pipe loud?

No, that is the point. All under 96db. All louder than stock though.

With the procircuit 496 and WB E2, you can deristrict them fully if you wanted to, something you cant do with the FMF Q2.

The best 2 pipes made would be the Procircuit Ti GP system and the Whitebro's Aluminium Pro system.

I got the Procircuit, I can say it adds unbelievable power. Everyone that one a championship in the AMA this year ran the Procircuit. Never have they been known for weak pipes.

Well I'll take your word for it, cause u cant really argue with the AMA winners. Thanx man I really appreciate that. And all this time I was thinking FMF. :excuseme:

I personally would stay clear of FMF , poor quality, but that is just me.

Many here like FMF.

Well I mean AMA WINNERS used pro circut. Thats enough said.

Do they make that for the 06 WR 450 F? Or do you have to order YZ 450F and make modifications?

Any pipe made for the '03 - '05 YZ450 will fit. :excuseme:

No mods needed.

If that's what you want, then yes.

There is 2 versions, the SX one with the lowboy header, which is longer and produces unbelievable torque. Power is low to mid, but still gain on top. This is the pipe I got.

The other is MX version with shorter header, for mid to top end power.

Where do you want your power?

I have a 2004 WR450F and I like the FMF Powercore TI. Makes tons of power and it sounds very nice too.
